The Law of Attraction says that whatever we think about, dwell upon, or keep our focus on, we will attract into our lives.
Becoming mindful of what fills your thoughts, and changing them to what makes you feel good instead of what makes you feel bad will bring happiness and joy and peace into your life.

Do you ever wake up on the “wrong side of the bed”? Your day just started out in a bad way, and then seemed to go down hill from the minute you woke up?
What if the reason you had a bad day is because something happened when you woke up that you didn’t like, and you decided that the day was going to be a bad one; that nothing would go right for you?
What if you made a different decision when you woke up?
Cavett Robert said,“If you don’t think every day is a good day, just try missing one.”
What if you were grateful every day that you woke up, and the rest of the day got better and better?
Does that sound like something that would make you happy?
You can try it out and see how it feels.
Tonight, just before you close your eyes, think of five things that happened during the day for which you can be grateful.
Tomorrow morning, as you open your eyes, think of three things to be thankful about.
Here are some ideas about the three things to be grateful for in the morning:
1. You woke up
2. You slept under a roof
3. You slept on sheets
4. You had a blanket in the night
5. You had a pillow in the night
6. You slept well
7. You have two eyes
8. You have vision to see the light of day
9. You have legs
